healthcare coordination and advocacy that protects individuals and groups from
medical mismanagement and promotes proactive preventative care for improved
health outcomes.
Our infrastructure is
now in place and we are ready to share LifeSpan’s premium healthcare advantages
with the world. To do this, we seek a
Director of Sales to join our team and to help us take the organization to the
next level. The candidate for the position will play an essential part in our
continuing success as we ramp up our efforts to attract the interest of large
groups of new clients.

Immediate focus is development of new
customers. We have identified and begun to nurture many new clients and are
ready to turn these hot prospects into immediate customers with the aid of the
Director of Sales. Primary call points are Human Resources departments, Benefits Managers and brokers. Many
other markets are available for LifeSpan’s exclusive programs, and the candidate
will have no territorial or earnings limitations. Primary goal is to develop
group sales and market awareness as the result of a proactive approach and
educationally oriented sales activities.
Minimum Qualifications include:
- 4-year degree
- Strong consideration given to
candidates with some experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, selling
to hospitals and/or corporate Human Resources departments and Benefits
Managers
- Minimum of 3 years successful
sales experience
- Candidates conversant in
healthcare/medical terminology and familiar with healthcare and insurance
plans and benefits programs preferred
- Consultative or 'value added'
sales experience preferable
- Sales Achievement: Documented
track record of top sales achievement
- Outgoing, high energy, confident
personality
- Must be determined to succeed and
not afraid of challenge
- Able to financially support
yourself during initial training and sales development stage
Minimal travel
required. Territory begins in the Philadelphia
area.
Qualifying job knowledge, skills, &
abilities:
Candidate must have
an ownership mentality and strong entrepreneurial spirit, thus being a highly
motivated self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills,
strong interpersonal skills, formal presentation skills before small and large
groups, demonstrated problem solving ability and negotiation skills (with
special emphasis on closing sales), experience managing territories and
state-of-the-art products, good follow-through and time management skills, and
attention to detail.
The LifeSpan Director
of Sales will report directly to the CEO/Founder and will pursue and assist
with opportunities generated by the CEO/Founder, management Team, and members
of the Board of Advisors (BOA).
The Director of Sales
will be supported by the Director of Marketing in the development of sales
tools, presentation materials, marketing strategies and programs. Director of
Sales will have a strong influence over the entire sales effort and
corporate/product positioning.
The Director of Sales
will also have access to the LifeSpan Board of Advisors a handpicked group of
elite professionals in their given fields who have committed to providing
introductions, counsel, and support for the LifeSpan Director of Sales to
develop sales relationships with our future clients.
Compensation and Opportunities:
LifeSpan
Care Management, LLC is a fledgling health coordination and advocacy provider
in development for over 3 years, and is now positioned to create an entirely
new and different approach to the struggling healthcare environment that plagues
America.
Rather
than seeking commercial or angel investment funding to be repaid at exorbitant
rates that would strip the Company of profit and future growth opportunities,
LifeSpan thus far has been self-funded for controlled, predictable and
exponential growth and profitability.
You
will write your own ticket for this highly leveraged, high-return arrangement. Our
Director of Sales will gladly invest a short period of time with a tremendous
amount of effort to produce an eventually enormous income with ownership
interest in LifeSpan Care Management, LLC.
The
Director of Sales, after researching the LifeSpan Opportunity with due
diligence, and interviewing the Founder/CEO and Management Team, will have the
