- A discussion of the content of medical records
- The development of a customized Plan of Care (POC)
- A written estimate of length of time and hours required to achieve the subscribers' and families' health goal
- Identification and recommendation of specialists, alternative treatment providers and holistic treatment options

- Attend Doctor office visits
- Assist in managing in-patient care
- Facilitate hospital and care facility admissions and transfers
- Assist with medical billing and insurance issues
- Coordinate with all health providers
- Be available 24/7 for phone support (Toll Free)
- Respond on caregivers behalf for any health or medical emergencies
